“Working with Minneapolis HIFI was a different experience than any other audiophile or retail experience I’ve ever had. They spent the time to really understand my gear, my music, my room, my goals, and my budget, and helped me craft the sound I was looking for. I never felt like they were pushing equipment on me to make a sale. They were more like audio consultants or your buddies coming over to listen to music than salesmen and that is probably the best compliment I can give. In the end I really believe that their goal was for me to get the best sound I could, and even talked me out of some (very expensive) purchases that they didn’t think would work. That is how you earn someone’s trust, and it is why I went back when it was time to upgrade my speakers. Thanks, Mpls HIFI! It has been a pleasure.
